1.What are cookies?

6.Scope of communication and dissemination of data
The data acquired by means of cookies are processed by employees and collaborators of the Company, expressly designated as persons in charge of the processing. 7.User/visitor rights
CREA, in accordance with the provisions of Article 12 of EU Regulation 2016/679 expressly reminds users/visitors of the right to access personal data (provided for in Article 15 of the Regulation itself) as well as the rights provided for in Articles 16, 17, 18, 21 of the Regulation itself regarding rectification, cancellation, restriction and opposition to processing.

It should be noted that any rectification or cancellation or limitation of processing carried out at the request of users/visitors, unless this proves impossible or involves a disproportionate effort, will be communicated by CREA to each of the recipients to whom the personal data were transmitted. 8.Right to lodge a complaint to the Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali (Italian Guarantor Authority) pursuant to art. 77 of the EU Regulation
